Yes, an organisation, but we have to be carfeul, if joining this organisation is more interesting than training to get jutsus or chakra it won't be fun for nonmembers.

That organization will most likely be hunted by most of the peace seeking organizations and ME. I plan on acquiring things from this method, but only from rogues and dead bodies I stumbled upon.
