What one item would you want from the Naruto Universe?

As per spiritual stuff... chakra is already in you... but not the type that is shown in naruto... Its the 7 Chakra system that governs you and your actions.
You need to do some organised meditation and all to balance and control them

If the sharingan is considered an item, I'd choose either Shisui's or Itachi's Mangekyou.

Weapon wise: Minato's Kunai (if it makes me teleport) or Zabuza's blade/Hidan's Scythe/Hagoromo's staff.

I would like to have chakra even though it's not an item per se. I would like it for chakra strings where I can utilize puppets I build. It would be so cool; they can be used not only for offense but defense too and will help out in my daily life.

Hmm either Sasuke's sword or Minato's kunai. If I had to pick one out of the 2, then Sasuke's sword.

dont they both allow the user to teleport? either way for me id say kunai, its the original
and u can throw a kunai farther than a sword, plus its small so sometimes an enemy might not notice

Yes the formulas and the chakra in them is what's alowing for teleportation.

However the thunder God blade can be welded by anyone with chakra. They do not need to be lightning style. Also the monkey king contract gives you acsess to the stronges weapon
