I would recommend you to resize the font or remove the bold (Apply it only to key words like: allies, history, rankings etc).
Hope you will get to see your organization growing in number.

Makes no sense to lock just because there was posts in it xD
If there is no content as he deleted it all, it should be deleted. Doesn't matter if it removes our comments too :P
