I like the chapter but you mention his "Caramel skin" far too much.. Just call him by his name xD
We know who it is even if the character's POV does not. It just sounds cringe worthy hearing it in every chapter once or twice. Other than that, great work

Yeah. I tend to have too much repetition unfortunately. And I try to stay away from names but don't know much about the character other than his skin tone and black fingernails

"Welcome to the family?" Eti's raspy voice croaked out. His throat striking at his vocal chords from the lack of water. His jacket draped over his pale skin covered in dried blood from their "fun" from the past days. Grasping the Kunai, he stands slowly. Stretching his back as he gets into formation next to the caramel skinned stranger. His black painted nails gripping around the steel handle of the shinobi weapon.

"Family eh... Assuming you're part of the Himitsu.." *his words are cut off as an hireling tosses a Kunai there way, testing the defensive posture of the formation.* "...many of these guys are pathetic... That bigger fellow you hit depends on his strength in combat... Judging by his weight, he will be troublesome in close quarters... The guy that came rushing in.. He's the more troublesome of the two.. His speed is remarkable.. No weapon so I'm assuming he works better in taijutsu.. I havnt seen either of their jutsu.." *his eyes inadvertently look between the shinobi that came to his rescue. Stopping at the caramel skinned black fingernails. A small smirk coming forth from the belief he might actually have the same tastes as this family.

More and more rogues come filing into the tent. Each carrying distinct shinobi weapons to suit their personal attributes and desires. The bigger man wobbling into a run towards Zhou, his heavy club swinging sideways at the shinobi in a attempt to smash and break through any defense provided.

In coordination, three rogues carrying black steel scythes each swing their weapon at kuru. Seemingly not close enough for a hit, until the wind blades began whistling towards their target. Each aiming for different limbs of kuru.

Maki on the other hand, disappears in a instant. His body dissolving in a haze before appearing right before Eti and his black nailed companion. His fist moving just as fast towards the two. Coming inches from Eti's face only to meet with the pale hand of the Himitsu. The battling sound echoing around the them as Eti's words come forth. "It won't be that easy this time.."

Exchanging a few blows and dodges of the caramel Himitsu's sword, Eti takes a jump back. Creating distance between him and the other shinobi. His hands moving in coordination of another, creating distinct hand signs for the jutsu perfect in close range. A few moments of silence before his hand moves swiftly to his mouth. Generating a solid hole, he pushes his breath outward. The cold wind being transferred into blistering flames that shoot out towards the mass of enemy based at the entrance. The heat generated warming the Himitsu's skin as the fireball is created. Filling the tent with its orange tint. Smoldering some of the weaker rogues with its fiery bite. Sending their screams to echo over the surrounding area. Alerting the scouting parties of the highwayman.

Darkness fell through the valley. The day before was filled with the glorious festivities honoring fallen heroes of the past. Nothing short of a remarkable evening. That is, until night fell onto the small village alone in the ash filled plains. Far from civilization of the hidden inferno. The pain filled nightmare makes this dreadful night seem like reality. Forcing Eti to relive his past once again.

The crackling of the beams holding the house together is what woke Eti. Not the smell of paint burning or the screams of the villagers being tormented and slaughtered outside his window. But, the sound of wood weeping as it's joints churn into ash. They came in the night, as everyone slept, they came. A band of highwaymen, in search of treasures and glory, ransack through the make shift guards like they were mere children beneath their might. Bathing the ground with their blood before scattering through the houses effortlessly. A monstrous wave of predators charging their prey.

" Eti! Wake up. We got to hide." His body weightless in his mothers arms. Being carried to the catacombs of the house made for situations just like this. "Mother? What's going on?" Eti's words breaking through panicked tears. Only to be answered with the door being slammed shut. That's when the door came crashing in. The intruders jumping Eti's mom within seconds. Her screams of help ringing through his ears as they ripped her apart right before his young mind. Mutilating her with the raging desires of men. His tears streaming down his face as his voiceless screams echo through his cerebrum. Watching from the trapdoors crevices. Only after what seemed like hours did silence finally fall upon the village. It's attackers leaving the murdered villagers laying beneath the desolated ruins of their lives.

Dawn broke, Eti dragged his ruined feet along the hardened ground, maneuvering the burnt and blood stained corpses scattered through the ruins. The air lingered with the dying screams of the once festive land. The ones he called friends now stare back at him with lifeless eyes. The nightmare shifting to the villagers surrounding him. Each and everyone creep closer and closer to Eti. Each step blocking the white space of his conscious. Hands moving to grip and tear at his clothes. Filling his thoughts with a twisted harmony. "You left us. You watched us die. You did nothing... You left us. You watched us die. You did nothing..."

Eti churned slowly against the grass plain beneath the tree. His skin drenched in the nightmare induced sweat as he mumbles his plea for forgiveness. Shaking his head slowly against the rough grassy terrain. "No... I couldn't... I was weak... No.. No.."

Raga slowly moves out of the tent. Followed by ten others that seemed to have returned from their scouting missions and acquiring provisions for the bandits. "So... He's the son of the ruined village. Thought we killed everyone.. This makes things interesting. Are you sure that is what they have on record?" Raga directing his queries towards his informant who answers back with a swift affirmative nod. Lowering himself to a kneeling position besides Eti, Raga's hand quickly engulfs a lock of his black raven hair. Lifting his mumbling head up before dropping it back down after a instant examination of his features. "Alright. Send the message to both the inferno village and hidden thunder village. Let them know who we have." A small smirk rises across his lips beneath the mask donning the broad muscular man. "Let's see what price we can fetch for this boy."

It is possible to be a rouge ninja from a clan. Perhaps I won't go rouge right away. Perhaps a spy in the organization. Perhaps a rouge ninja from a different village and went to the location of the clan. Different possibilities that have not been decided yet.

That was old though, Leebz left Katakiuchi a long time ago.
