Why you think you deserve to join: I think Shiratori is a good fit for this organization because of the deficit in medical-nin. As a medic, he'd be more effective with a group of medical-nin, and guards. Also, he'd probably agree with the purpose behind the organization.

How commited are you going to be?: Very committed! So far, this is my only organization, after all.
