Basically there is no Hidden Ocean village. There will be the Ocean Village, which won't be a hidden village but a regular shinobi village with a special ineritable jutsu that will only allow members of this village to enter and exit it. It'll basically be an isolated village safe from intruders.
I'm very very very late on this so I apologize, but if the Ocean Village isn't a hidden village, and is still a shinobi village then what chakra natures can you get from there/ what releases would you have a chance of using? Or can you not start from that village but if you cant start from there how do you learn the jutsu. Once again sorry for being so late, but this just confused me.

I thought about this and i was looking through titles of threads and didnt see anything about it (i looked at titles cuz i wasnt gonna look through every thread) so i decided to post this. There could be spiritual beasts that you can attain like naruto and jiraya with toads and tsunade with slugs etc, just to make this as realistic as possible

Lets be honest we are putting way to much thought into this. I agree with the people saying that let it be rigged, isnt that reality? They want this as realistic as possible so why not let it be.

Jutsu Description: The ninja uses a water jutsu and summons a mist creating a rainbow illusion.
Jutsu Level:Expert
Chakra Nature: Water Release
Jutsu Range:Large
Effects if hit: The ninja does not feel like they are in the battle field and they are off guard and not attacking for a set amount of time (i hadnt figured that out yet but it could vary depending on the users and targets levels)

As much as I would like to easily get a KG (or not easily because im probably gonna be bad at this game) I agree it should stay blood related because that's just realistic to the Naruto universe.
