If so mane people are missing ninjas it will be boring because nobody will care about you and find you, and if you do kill someone while being a missing ninja the whole village will hunt you down and you have to start again.

I personally want to be a good ninja with my own genin team

Well.. I will maybe just stick with my village, defeating bingo book's targets, gaining reputation to the village by completing missions. participating in wars/tournaments.etc.
