How about we start a kind of roleplay here. Like using your character and do actions like:
*character name walking around when notices "name"
*character name asks "name"
Who is in?

If more join, then count me in :D

Yuko Inuzuka is walking around and looking for fun
(attack or contact or do whatever you want :D)

Hao Yuki attempts a surprise attack
-
Yuko Inuzuka notices him and dodges his attack
Asks him why does he attack him
-
Hao answers that it's because he couldn't allow him to find his hideout
He makes some seals Horse→Snake → Tiger → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger
Great Fireball justu (xD you don't have to write the seals if you don't feel like it I found them on wiki)

Yuko attempts to dodge it (you can tell if it succes)
if it succes then *Yuko counter attacks fastly with fang over fang
if fail *Yuko gets a hit and needs help

Yuko succeeds dodging and counters with fang over fang.
Hao attempts a last moment substitution (fail/success)

Hao fails and gets a hit
Yuko checks if he is knocked out

Hao had a kage bunshin hidden underground which catches Yuko and keeps him in place.
Hao prepares a chidori.

Yuko gets a hit and falls
-
Hao checks if Yuko is still alive.

Yuko's cousin Kiba appears and saves Yuko's ass (or else he is an asshole)

Hao flees, thinking that more Konoha-nins might appear.

*Yuko wakes up and tells it was Hao who attacked him
I'd be happy if other people joined :D

OK LETS TRY THIS AGAIN.
This time we'll be a lil more organized, lol.
I'll facilitate for now, but if Im not here, you guys pick up in my absence.
Rules:
- If you havent already, go make a character sheet so we have an idea what your character looks and acts like
- No meta-gaming. If your character would not normally know something, dont act like you do.
- be imaginative. Dont just say you do something. Describe how you did it
- You can NOT kill anybody without their consent.
- if you need to say something Out of Character, but "OOC" So its known that youre not speaking from you character's perspective
