It's a good starting, maybe if u could bring more informations about his story/life the thread would be better.
I like the way u told: "Hiruko is a really nice person in general (...) He wants to be an Assassin." :,)

And "Hiruko" like the puppet ?!

yea. But i choosed it because in the 3th Naruto shippuuden movie is a Hiruko too! And i like the person :D ^^

I like the history and your character in general, but you shoudn't use "!" at the end of every 2nd sentence. I think it sounds weired.
