Title: Jutsu do not consume Chakra

I was using fireball when I noticed my chakra was full the whole time, and only depletes when running.

Going to test relogging and such, tho I am also the only person in game if that affects it.

That's a version of the infinite chakra bug that has been going around for a while.
Vreg was/is trying to get completely rid of it

well there is other bug happen sometimes when i got hit by chadori my hp only drop like 10 or 15 like it happen ones on 2 hours

I got the same bug. It lasts for a while for me and then all my chakra just goes all the way down to zero. Maybe its tied with the bug where chakra never regenerates. I logged out multiple times because of it.

Right now because of the lag spikes we're experiencing it's inevitable to have this kind of thing, because of that we can't tell if there's an actual bug in the code. For this reason I am temporarily locking this topic.
