Okay i know it has something to do with rouge ninjas and their price,but can someone explain me what is it excactly? ^^

For the purposes of the game It will serve as a kind of bounty board for players that troll in killzones and players that betray there villages by killing players or revealing village secrets.

Not only for rogues. Other villages will pay for ninja from other villages, Zabuza had Kakashi in his simply because of the village difference.

Yeah its the certain amount of money they're worth, former village, specialties, etc.
