Looks alright, I do suggest you read the FaQ which can be found Here. (http://www.shinobilifeonline.com/index.php?topic=1469.0) and look at the villages that will be in SLO Here. (http://www.shinobilifeonline.com/index.php?topic=732.0)
As hidden Rain or any original naruto village won't be in the SLO universe.
