who aim to work effectively as a unit

The clan was created by war orphans
with no parents or homes
There was no founder or creator,
just those with a longing to have a family.
as the children grew, so did the clan;
Accepting new members if they had no place to stay or turn
We have no leader or rankings,
just core members who make decisions for the clan
We are based in every and any village

Cool dude, I like the idea a lot. Like Rapho said, the simplicity of it is nice. I'd apply if I wasn't loyal to my current clan.
