Description of the character's personality: Tries to be joyful and enthusiastic but ends up being awkard
or is sometimes cold and mingy.
Description of the character's history: Ever since he was little he's always tried his best to make friends,
but people would put him off as annoying or a nuisance. Growing up he slowly distanced himself from
people, unless they went for the long stretch to actually become friends with him. Whenever he made a
friend would try his best to keep them being their friend, afraid of being abandoned or betrayed like before...

If you are just writing,,picture'',why did you write about the gender of your character,the hair/eye color the facial hair?
I mean,all of those things are visible on the picture as well,so you could also add,,picture''as a answer instead.
Looks a bit odd,to fill out everything normally,but add this kind of description for the hairstyle,just saying.

I had to check your posts to make sure you're actually in the Raiu clan, because there have been some cases where people throw in an existing clan name without even applying or being accepted in it.

Might want to change that to spike/spiked/spikey. That would describe it best I suppose.

Odd name for a color o.O oddly specific
Final suggestion, in my opinion it would be best suited to change your last name (whether that be 'Jisatsu' if you took the traditional Japanese name display or 'Ishi' for the English name display) to 'Raiu', since that is the clan you chose to take part in, making them your family.
But again, that depends on you - it's just my personal preference.
