Neatly laid out and decent story too.
So this fuinjutsu of yours is a kkg like thingy...
It sounds much more like a clan specific jutsu... like shadow manipulation of the Nara or in your case, fuinjutsu of the uzumaki..

Gotta get an artist to help you out there. There are several on SLO, such as RaphoZentel (Most famous of them I think)
CaioDart, and others.
And if you want to try making one yourself, I would suggest frankensteining (that is, searching through images on the web and ripping pieces out of them to combine later), and doing your best to smooth it all out with Photoshop/Gimp/MSpaint.
