It's kind of here nor there.... we will take out the dominoes that are really important like for example if a Kage is the cause of a war that is going to start we'll have one guy realize this and them take him out then. Or if some other organizations that are evil try to take out a really important individual then we'll eradicate them or explain to them what they would start or if we are feeling evil at that moment we'll just do nothing ;)

I may be joining but I wanna get this straight; There are 5 firsts, and how many recruits and members? Cuz I wanna be part of a small org with really skilled players

There will be how many ever we want. We will decide with the firsts, when all are present/ joined. As in take a vote. Just have 10-15 people or let the powerful enough join and kill the rest who aren't worthy of joining Akaihono.
PS we're still small and I expect we will be for a long time. So we might be having an alliance with a bigger organization for our assassination skills. When we gather enough power, we shall head for the bounties.
PPS So when we have power, we might hire cheap and small organizations to do our fodder work. When are one of the elite, we should be powerful enough to own the others and control every move. Then, we wouldn't have to be seen in public and do what we want. After taking a vote, of course.
