History: This group was created by the kage because they need a black ops team.

Purpose/Goals: The purpose of this group is to maintain peace in the village and make money while doing so.

Unique features: Members will wear black or white face paint under their eyes and white and black cloaks.

Hidden Lightning is basically the same things as Hidden Thunder.

I do admit it is a little long but it means two words. But you can call it Burak for short.
