ok thanks all i need is a scanner, i have some sketches that will be perfect, for the game its custom armor, characters and weapons(legendary swordsman, kunai, swords and shurikens)

P.S.   do you have the character customization complete or still W.I.P?
I don't know if you know this but for the next release of Shinobi Life Online (v1.2.0) there are going to be 2 game modes for the newly supported multiplayer. All vs All and Team Battle. Obviously Shinobi Life Online won't be an RPG at that release yet, so I have no character customization planned for version 1.2.0.

What I have planned for version 1.2.0 is just a general character with 3 different skins (one skin for each team) so that teams are distinguishable in Team Battle mode. After this release though, plans for the development of character customization will made.

As far as it comes for content you're already designing, you definitely need to show me your sketches first before actually modeling them. This way I can guide your designs towards what I'm looking for and therefore get your designs in the game.

I'm sure you know Shinobi Life Online is only based on the principles of Naruto. Those principles are stuff like the Chinese hand signs, the Hindu and Buddha concept of chakra and the general fantasy concept of being able to manipulate that very same chakra. No connections to Naruto as you can see. So stuff like Tailed Beasts, the Legendary Swordsmen,... are not going to be present in our universe. In fact, we have a completely different story that I will make public soon enough. So when making designs, keep in mind that these should be something that would fit in the Naruto universe, but do not actually exist there.

Last but not least, how long have you been modeling? Can you show us some of your sketches somehow? And are you going to study modeling and animation after you graduate?

the vest and pants are mine modeling it was easy because all i had to do is create a box then extrude it a lot, the other armor is one of my friends had said that i can use the model this when i told him that i was helping out your project so he told me i can have it, he had told me that he had made at his house.then i texture that armor real easily.

Just a question, when will the newer Shinobi Life Online be online for testing?
If you're referring to the current version, 1.0.4, then I can say that it's not getting a release and testing happens with a selected few. When I reach version 1.2.0 in development, Shinobi Life Online will get released. This will not just be a game, it will also be an open pre-alpha test that shows how Shinobi Life Online handles all kinds of different situations in multiplayer. I can't imagine everything to work flawless at release, so after 1.2.0 you can expect a couple of smaller version updates that will fix bugs found in the 1.2.0 game/open pre-alpha test.

This is a new post made in the Development Blog.

Our base network skeleton is finished, I finished programming all the core aspects for the first version of Shinobi Life Online's multiplayer. With this being done, Shinobi Life Online Pre-Alpha Version 1.0.4 (this version will not get released) is ready for testing. If testing gives the results I expect, which it probably will, I can start developing the next phase of Shinobi Life Online Pre-Alpha Version 1.2.0 (the version that will get a release).

Without any symbols and make sure the texture is UV-mapped.

i have alot of time on my hands, so i can work on Shinobi Life Online.

i have not finish with it yet i have to add textures, and Etc.

P.S.      Can i Make some weapons, as Well as Armor? can u post picture of your male models so i can make the same style model other than having it look different from yours.
What I need right now is a general Naruto-ish character, not a specific character from the show, just a general character that fits in the Naruto universe. You probably know the difference between low-poly game characters and high-poly characters for pre-rendered animation. Obviously any Shinobi Life Online model needs to be modeled for a game, so keep the polys low.

And sure make armor and weapons, doing that will increase your modeling skills in those areas. When specific armor and weapons get planned in the future, it will be easier for you to contribute if you already have experience.

P.S. I'm very critical when it comes to Shinobi Life Online, my expectations are not high knowing you just started modeling. You're first works most probably won't be suited for the game, but as your modeling skills improve, I'm sure you can start contributing to Shinobi Life Online. And about that full-time contribution, what do you mean by that exactly?

This is a new post made in the Development Blog.

The base Shinobi Life Online networking skeleton is almost complete, the very first test was successful. I hosted a server in Belgium and was able to "play" Shinobi Life Online with a fan in the United Arab Emirates. There are still some small things that need to get done though. The good news is that after these things get done, I can finally start using this new multiplayer design of Shinobi Life Online to add content to the game.

Hopefully this all won't take too long and Shinobi Life Online 1.2.0 (very early alpha) will be out soon as the first game and multiplayer version of Shinobi Life Online.

BTW Vreg, just because there arent many people on the forum or so doesnt mean people are not positive about your project or the idea of it.

What i mean is, keep up the work, show progress and you'll have a big community in no time ! xD
