Description of the character's personality: Arashi is a very caring and thoughtful person. He's quick witted, and often times speaks without thinking about what he's saying. He does what he can to help those around him, and genuinely appreciates the finer things in life, and is willing to protect that which he loves fiercely and to his end.

Description of the character's history: Arashi was born into a poor family outside Kaminari, his father and mother tried to raise him and is brother (Are Raimei)

Goals: Arashi trains hard to protect that which is precious to him. He practices to find the best way to use his natural affinity for lightning (and the sweet fortune that his affinity was lightning given that his name is "storm.") for the betterment of society and those around him. At the end of the day though, he just wants to come home and eat some food, maybe have some friends over and play cards- who knows, maybe he'd fall in love at some point, but for now, he just trains.
