quando eu entro no jogo para fazer o login eu faço pronto ta bom mas quando tentor entra ficar me impedindo dizendo que tenho que fazer doaçao se eu poder-se eu faria mas nao posso .por isso estou aqui reclamando eu quero e jogar mas nao consigo com o jogo me impedindo faz 1 mes que nao entro nao sei o poblema por isso eu pesso pfv façam alguma coisa porque ja tentei de tudo mas nao consigo so quero que consertem vejam que tem alqum poblema porque o negocio mandar eu fazer doaçao mas nao tem como eu doar pfv tirem isso eu imploro pra vcs.

So from what I picked up from google translate (its portugese) when he tries to log onto the game, it says he needs to make a donation. He's tried everything and has been trying for a month

"I send business to donate but do not have as I donate PFV take this I beg for you guys" He may have donated to?

To me it sounds like he downloaded the donator version and couldnt play it, and then donated but didnt claim the donation as he cant speak english.

Well if that's the problem, he should simply download the non-donator version.

But if he made the mistake of downloading the donator version, I doubt his English is good enough to understood this ;_;

When you donate, after it goes through, you claim it by entering your email, username, and typing SLO for the security question. So if he's trying to say he donated and it isnt working, its most likely because he hasn't claimed his donation. If that is the case this might help

btw he is brazilian what he is saying is he wants to play the game but he cant cuz the game is always asking for him to donate (he probably downloaded the donators version) and he wants someone to fix it he also cant donate (for some reasons, he probably doesn't have money to donate)
