well, it doesn't make sense if you're not having major blood loss and are dying of, let's say, burns, which brings up one more idea, bleeding, it should probably work like this:

Imagine you're up against a samurai (just an example), he uses his katana to inflict a slash wound on your gut, then that's major blood loss, blood transfusion would work, but what if you're faced by a fire(or lightning) chakra type shinobi? he uses fire ball jutsu(or kirin xD) to burn you heavily, or maybe against a snake (low level mob)? the snake poisons you etc. just my two cents and about the camouflage clothing, That might work, but the shinobi world likes to isolate itself from technology, thus no cars and stuff, even when it's set in the modern world , so this is up to Vreg and the team.

Indeed some kind of situation are not suitable to a blood transfusion, but if we follow the realistic goal of the game:
The poison can be remove, if someone else exctract the contaminated blood and replace it by wholesome blood.
It suggests that medical nin can steal and stock blood. In fact the contaminated blood might be used again as poison on weapons this time.

that is true, but isn't it quite difficult to locate the poisoned bit of blood in 4 liters of blood? AND extract that exact bit of poisoned blood, seeing as blood travels really fast in our veins "blood takes one minute to get around the body" "travels at three feet per second when it leaves the heart, but slows down as it reaches smaller arteries and capillaries", it's almost impossible to calculate where the poison in the blood will be, so is it really better than harvesting snake venom?

Either u are lucky and u were fighting those snake with a good mednin. Or a really bad and mad mednin wait u entirely die to take ur blood only in order to concoct a dangerous poison (and one last possibility the mednin come too late but use the contaminated blood from ur corpse to make an antidote which will save several ninjas).

Actually, if it takes more than one minute to take the contaminated blood out (ALMOST impossible, mind you.) it's gonna reach the heart, causing irreversible damage, and most probably death, pretty sure even good med nins can't do that, and about the bad and mad med nin, no one is dumb enough to kill a person for poison when the snake is right in front, just grab it's neck, and well, extract the poison from it's fangs... then comes the making an antidote thing, yes, that's possible, but this game is mostly about PvP, so man made poison? some natural poison, pretty sure there will be herbs that heal all this so "Antidote" in shinobi form, making the game so realistic as to the point where you can find a poison and develop a cure, that's kind of unnecessary, just introduce a herb that cures poison, or med nin npc in towns (and normal med nin) can heal you with their healing jutsus and stuff to remove poison, real simple.

I was thinking that u are doing a pretty low level place and that the mednin who is helping u is a freaking master, he can kill every snakes with one hit.
But yes it's look pretty difficult for a minor result.

I know SLO is going to try and be realistic, but remember - it's just a game.
Making it too realistic would spoil the fun. if you're going for ultra realism, jutsu wouldn't exist. Don't try and tell me Jutsu is realistic.
