Guys I want to ask you something , when we can create our characters? If we make a character with Naruto Character creation , will be our character? And when game will be complete?

There will be basic character customization in SLO: Deathmatch.

The Naruto character creator has got nothing to do with SLO and will not be your character in game.

It's not known when the game will be complete, we all need to be patient.
