You should post your idea on crowd funding websites like kickstarter or indiegogo to raise the money you need for this game and get a little more renown, that way this project would go faster and better.

I'm planning on getting Shinobi Life Online on Kickstarter after I get some work done on the Shinobi Life Online server.
