Will there be Npc and Npc mission

About the Npc
Okay i wanted to know will there be Npc WHO like give you missions,Cause Many players wont have a clue About the Game,and they will need something to GET them in. So its a good idea to do Npc missions and Quests until you become like gennin or something. Your opinion?

Village NPC's will give out missions at random times.
Scripted missions though, ranging from easy to complex.

But your suggestion would be that NPC's give missions until someone has reached the rank of genin or higher?
I'm not 100% sure of how that is planned, but I do imagine that you will start off doing quests or missions for AI's

it dosent have to be gennin,but some rank or time of Play That the player figures out how does the Game work and that..
