Blood Jutsu

Basically, I thought of this Justsu as being required to be at a constant Loss of HP. As You pull blood from your veins to keep the Jutsu going. From your Hand you'll form a small hardened blood spike to pierce into the opposition  draining them of blood, if HIT the one preforming this Justu will regain HP while the opposition will lose HP massively, but as every Jutsu has a weakness so does this one with the draining of your HP at a rate of 20% every 10 seconds and you increase damage done to you by 25% from being weak fro constant blood loss. Chakra is needed to keep the blood hardened in the form of a small spike.
