I honestly hope not. This might happen due to curses put on you by other players or npc's, but randomly catching a disease that renders your character useless would suck big time.

Well, it would be a fine idea that few overpower "Kekkei-Genkai" to come genetically with something that will balance them untill *rare event* happens. ( like S -> MS -> overuse MS brings sickness -> EMS -> u can freely spam Amaterasu now )

Interesting take on it, if I'm understanding the mechanics correctly. Would it then be possible to make Vreg sick and susceptible to attack in a weakened state...o.O)?
