I feel confused,becouse im the only player online and the map is 1 3floored house and green little map....is that bug or that is the game ?

No, it''s not a bug. The game is currently in pre-alpha stages, and it will have updates with more stuff. Not many players go online right now, mostly because they're waiting for new content.
