Limit to Looking up and down bug

Normally there is a limit to how far you can look up and down.. though while doing the Earth Dome Jutsu that limit is gone.. just wanted to point that out.

Yes, It's definitely deliberate. Without the removal of that limitation, trying to control the earth dome would be a drag and the jutsu would be less dynamic as well.

Oh, ok, I get what you mean but it's not that big a deal.

I assumed it was for realism. It's not like shinobi can see from all angles at once.
And when casting an earthdome; the jutsu has to be cast on the floor. Being able to look up and down doesn't grant anything visual advantage besides allowing earthdome to be cast at greater distances.

Just checked again and saw what you're talking about, yes its almost like an 360 view. But i dont think that gives any advantage either
