However, everyone in Vregland has a rare genetic condition of the hair follicle which means that everyone will have next to no hair mass on the scalp, which basically means bald. There might be facial hair on really manly characters like Mars'. So you can customise your character outfit but everyone will be bald.

Ask Vreg or a developer or read the FAQ for more on this.

This genetic condition is caused by an overload of dihydrogen monoxide in the Vreglanders' diets. Perhaps you might be able to grow hair if you restrict your dihydrogen monoxide consumption in the game, but this may prove difficult.
