My game can't start

I want a help my game can't start it says it is outdated but I downloaded the recent version http://prntscr.com/erch6g I tried to deactivate firewall and give it a permission but it don't works please someone help me I'm trying to play since 2016 but it occurs

I had the same problem and nobady helped me.

And its your Internet , your internet is weak
stay close to the wifi router and try to connect

Soo ull have to do this then , Login press enter when its says failed disconect ur interntet from pc and conect always press Enter
No Stop  Spam it enter no stop
Untill that gets in
