Hachemon Hano grew up as a normal shinobi. He was in the top half of his class, graduating and eventually becoming a Jōnin. One day while on a mission, his team was ambushed and everyone, including his best friend was killed. He felt an unimaginable pain inside his chest, and wanted nobody else to feel that. He decided to create an organization to protect others from feeling that kind of pain by inviting other who he saw had potential.
