Naruto Genin Teams

I thought it may be a good idea to have teams for like starting players just how genins do in Naruto

You're paired up with 2 other in game players and are made a team and have to complete missions together, this way it initiates an immediate communication system between players.

Once the players become chunnin level they can begin to do missions alone, idk why I just think this is a cool idea

There will be teams formed of up to 5 genins and a jonin instructor. However, this will be optional, which means jonins won't be forced to become instructors, and not all genins will have to be part of a team.

I wonder if the jonin will be a donator or just someone who is good at the game.

Everyone can/will eventually become a Jonin in the game, once you reach a certain skill level within the game you'll become a jonin. I don't know exactly HOW you'll become a jonin, maybe a last mission idk, but donator or not, in the game you should eventually become a jonin.

Kinda like what Zabuza did with his academy class? I think that option would be cool, a Genin killing his whole team, Jonin included: true ninja simulation

To be honest, I believe that Shinobi rank and squad size determination should be left to the higher-ups of each village to deal with in their own fashion.
