Not so similar to Kakashi now, is he?
Now, halika did an amazing job drawing him and he actually worked to draw him so good, so before you say something think that you might insult him. And just because he looks  similar to Kakashi, it doesn't mean he is Kakashi.
Now about your character, yeah he isn't naruto, seeing his background story, he seems to be a gay mixture between Sasuke and Naruto. Why? Simply Uchiha similar back story + Naruto hair = profound ignorance. So better shut up instead of humiliating yourself, would you? So gratz for your originality.

Oh cool, you listened my story. I haven't said nothing about sasuke and naruto in my history. And what the fuck, i said yellow hair. If my  character has yellow hair he might be naruto? Naruto isn't the only blonde from the anime. And i don't want to insult halika, because he make a good work, just what i said was that your character is similar with kakashi. And halika made the picture from your dev picture, so he made what you did. And finally, what i said was a joke, i wanted to annoy you a bit, so i made a good work.
