Eh, he's not that interesting.

His writing skills were good, I'll give him that.
However, that doesn't give him the excuse to act like the way he did.
He also assumed that everything he said was 100% fail-proof and a must-have for the game.
He was acting like some developer / staff without actually being on the team.

He left this project for some other Naruto project, and even there he got rejected & banned.

If you're really curious just search around on the forum for a few of his posts.
