Affiliation: We are an organization based in the Hidden Snow that hunts rogue shinobi.
History: Hachemon Hano grew up as a normal shinobi. He was in the top half of his class, graduating and eventually becoming a Jōnin. One day while on a mission, his team was ambushed and everyone, including his best friend was killed. He felt an unimaginable pain inside his chest, and wanted nobody else to feel that. He decided to create an organization to protect others from feeling that kind of pain by inviting other who he saw had potential.
Purpose/Goals: We are hired by villages to hunt down rogue shinobi. We do not do it for profit, but to rid the world of the people who cause harm to others.
Unique features: We wear pure white robes with the organization symbol on the bottom. We are a small organization, consisting of 20 members, 5 Yuki no Purotekutā and 15 Heiwa Kīpā. That way we know each other well, being able to rely on each other better.

Description: So the leader of Hazo Clan, @ParadoxRonin, has stated in shoutbox "Hazo is finally bigger than Himitsu". A lot of the people in Himitsu find this to be funny as these members registered, never posted and left. So, what evidence do we have that these members are actively supporting Hazo? There is none. Himitsu calls the Hazo Clan out for a battle royal on the set date. All members are welcome to join in from each clan. If the Hazo really are bigger than Himitsu then I am sure Paradox has no reason to decline this battle. Paradox might say that I am "Salty" that Hazo is bigger than Himitsu but he'd be wrong. Kirishma are just as big as Himitsu, maybe even bigger yet I don't call them out to battle and they are our rivals. This is merely to see if Hazo are as big as they say they are and if they can take Himitsu on in battle.

These are the 11 leaders of the Organization who vote on everything related to the organization and lead the organization. There is one of these in every village, who runs the Rōguhantā branch in that village.
Pīsukīpā
These are the 33 members of the organization that follow the direct orders of the Mura no Hantā. They work in groups of 3, each Mura Purotekutā having their own group. They work as a team, eliminating the rogue ninja together. They, along with the Mura Purotekutā, eliminate rogue shinobi in the land that they work to turn them in for income.
Rōguhantā Member
The Rōguhantā Member is a regular member that helps every branch in every village.
They can get promoted when one member holding a certain spot is inactive for a long period of time.

Purpose/Goals: We are an organization of protectors. We are out to rid the world of the evil that plagues it, by killing them. We hunt down Rogue ninja and turn them in, dead or alive, and get the money they are worth in the bingo book. We focus on hunting down any powerful Rogue ninja, to prevent them causing any further havoc. We also hunt any kekkei genkai from any rogue users, in order to strengthen our organization and further our cause.

The job of the leader is to watch over every branch of Rōguhantā, and make sure everything is in order and running smoothly. If he dies, all of the Mura Purotekutā vote for the next leader. He/she travels around with 2 others, who make a team with him, protecting him as well. He does not have the only say in the org. He/she, along with the Mura Purotekutā make all of the decisions by vote, however he/she has 2 votes.
• Wandarāzu
The three trusted members of the organization who travel with the leader, hunting rogues and protecting him as they travel.
• Mura Purotekutā
These are the 11 leaders of the Organization who vote on everything related to the organization and lead the organization. There is one of these in every village, who runs the Rōguhantā branch in that village.
• Pīsukīpā
These are the 33 members of the organization that follow the direct orders of the Mura Purotekutā. They work in groups of 3, each Mura Purotekutā having their own group. They work as a team, eliminating the rogue ninja together. They, along with the Mura Purotekutā, eliminate rogue shinobi in the land that they work to turn them in for income.

The Rōguhantā Member is a regular member that helps every branch in every village.
They can get promoted when one member holding a certain spot is inactive for a long period of time.

I'm fairly sure that heathen is supposed to be a sort of rogue-ish org that practically fights for themselves. If this is the case, I think that that will conflict with roguhanta's goals, In which we protect the villages and kill rogues. I'm not sure a heathen member would class as a rogue, but I do know that they are not particularly fit to act as a pīsukīpā within roguhanta, as they want people who act under the kage, not for themselves.
I am new, so I may not have a grasp of either of these organisations, but this is how I see both the organisations.

@superman12566 In the full release (or fuller [/] release), roguhanta will definitely have missions for you. However, the frequency of this missions will depend mostly on your Mura Purotekuta. These are in charge of Rogu's control in the specified villages.Nope good explaination buddy ^^
Smaller matters moreso, for instance if a group of bandits is harassing traders, you'll be sure to hear it both from your Kage and your Mura. One might want to keep the bandits alive, while the other wants them dead.
