Mind seal Release jutsu

The mind Seal release is only known to medical ninja due to the fact you can look through somones thoughts find the seal that was ued on a patient although this can only be done by having the suspect that put the seal on the patient knocked out so you can look through his thoughts and find the seal used thus realesing the sealing jutsu put on the patient BUT be warned if you are a medical ninja and on the front lines using this or in the mix of any combat ur vision goes dark when you find the seal so the pateint has to be right in your reaching distance so you can undo the seal so be very carfull about using this type of jutsu/med jutsu in combat as you lose vision so people can in fact attack you so you might have to make sure you are safe with one the suspect in custody and the patient
 
THIS IS HOW TO

1: people knock out the suspect that cast the seal

2: mind seal release jutsu user makes the handsign only known to medical ninja (the mind release)

3: finds the sealing jutsu used on the guy that got his power sealed away (finds it by reading the casters mind almost think of it like inoichi's mind reading jutsu)

4: after finding the jutsu release  for the seal the mind seal release users vision goes dark then puts hand on guy that got his power sealed away then release's the seal



what is the main idea of this

to unlock a jutsu seal only on person and only if the seal is a B-A-S rank sealing jutsu so not many people know the jutsu they can use this only if someone knows the handsign and unlock the seal used

I struggled to read this.. Like, it seems like broken English and I can't seem to word it rightly to fix it. Can you try rewrite it to make more sense? Not dissing your English at all because you make sense in a whole and with your other posts but this seems hard to read

I think this should be q technique bound to a kekkei genkai. Logically, a medical ninja has nothing to do with reading minds. Beside this, one can not have this technique without being able to read someone's mind. Therefore, if someone would be able to use such a technique, it would make sense that he can read someones mind finding Intel, memories etc. Which would be op in a game where you can RP.

This does sound great and I agree with Konohuro, though I am unsure how such a technique would be implemented into the game. I think a more basic version such as:
Enemy used seal jutsu on comrade, sealing their power.
Comrade can't cast jutsu for 10 minutes. (Unless you use this jutsu on the enemy, giving you the knowledge of the release for 2 minutes.)
You tag comrade, releasing them from their seal and therefore they can use jutsu again not having to wait 10 minutes.

Other than that, I do like the idea, especially the simplified version @Leebz
