Jutsu creation?

Would this be possible? I know in the show some ninjas can "Create" their own jutsu, would it be possible to allow clans to have a jutsu made for their clan? Or at least give them a special one for being in the clan or something? It would add an awesome dynamic to the game I think.

I think we're getting way ahead of ourselves, I mean all that we've already planned won't be easy to make. Let alone letting the people create their own attacks, how many games do you know that allow that? Yes it would be awesome, but I don't see it happen anytime soon. Don't get me wrong, our other plans will also take a lot of time to be developed.
