Description of the character's personality: He tends to be level-headed, focusing on the area around him. He keeps himself in a power-position, and tends to lose his usual cool when taken out of power in a situation. (etc, when he starts losing a debate badly) In person, Toshiro will tend to act un-caring, though he has each person's best interests in mind when not confronting an enemy.

Description of the character's history: Toshiro made up his mind that he wanted to become a Ninja, no matter the costs. He started learning by watching older children who were in the Academy, and then he eventually made his own way in with what he learned both by observation and co-operating with other young Kirioissan clan members.He had dealt with his father's death at the hands of a rogue ninja, at the age of 5, and still curses them for it, despite a good reason. Eventually, he became a self-made man and an asset to Okagakure. Though his main Chakra element is Earth, he can use some Fire Jutsu as well, most of the time to catch an enemy off guard. So far he stands as a Jounin-Ranked Ninja, serving Okagakure proudly.
