Description of the character's personality:

Sai is a cheerful , loyal and quick-witted boy. He makes decisions and plans in a flash. He is also short-tempered and unpredictable. He doesn't like to talk much except if it's a close friend or a family member. He's not really good at making new friends , but he is willing to sacrifice his life for the sake of his family and the friends he has. He likes to do things quickly and seems like being in a hurry.

Description of the character's history:

At the age of 11 , Sai became genin. He was put in a team with Tekkan and Ryobe. They did many D-rank missions and then finally got a C-rank mission. The mission went smooth but Sai still was shocked due to being his first time seeing brutal fighting and people killing each other. After some time of training they applied for the Chunin Exam and they passed. Now they were really  good friends. They did some more C-rank missions and then they got a B-rank mission. Their mission was to protect a feudal lord. The enemy ambushed and outnumbered them. While their sensei and the guards were fighting the ambushers , another 2 ninjas attacked the feudal lord and Ryobe. Tekkan was near the feudal lord so he protected him but Sai was not fast enough to save her. Although everybody said that it was not his fault , Sai always felt guilty for that. He started training his speed and reflexes because he feels that he's not fast enough. He continued training until becoming one of the fastest shinobi.


Sai's abilities:

Ninjutsu:

Sai is very proficient in Lighting release. He uses his lighting to further increase his already super fast reflexes and speed. Although being proficient in Lighting release , he rarely uses heavy and time-consuming techniques.

Taijutsu:

Sai's taijutsu is even better than his Ninjutsu because this fits his lightning speed and reflexes. He prefers quick moves that deal less damage rather than slow moves that deal more damage.

Kenjutsu:

He clearly lacks talent in Kenjutsu but being in Kirishima he was forced to learn to use a sword. He uses a shinogi tantō which has a teleportation mark on it which he uses to teleport himself to. His Kenjutsu is the weakest.

Space-time Ninjutsu:

Sai learnt a teleportation jutsu that needs a mark to be placed. He also has special kunai and shuriken with this mark on them.
It happens often that sai's lighting speed is mistaken for this jutsu.

I'm sure there'll be at least two teleportation jutsu  I've heard Vreg saying it in the shoutbox , but he was talking about long-range teleportation jutsu and he said it's gonna be kinjutsu (forbidden).
