Okay how to close the annoying chat bar that is almost over the whole screen,i tried every button,but nothing workss

You can't close it, however with the last patch Vreg added in a command so people could scale their UI size down.

So you might be able to mess around with that.
The in-game command was /SetUISize (then enter a number from 0.5-1) 0.5 being half of the current size, so it would be really small.
