There are a few other organisations listed that pretty much want to do the same thing.
Is there a particular reason you didn't want to join those? I.e. what will you bring to the table that they won't.
Good luck with it though, hope you get some members as soon as this project gets out of the slumber it's been in for the past 2 years.

Most if not all of the devs, have stopped working on SLO mostly since they're waiting for Vreg to finish up his part.
Whether they will return is something we'll just have to see.
The team page is outdated to say the least, and as far as I know Vreg is the only person who can update it.

To be fair, going in game more probably wouldn't be a big help since there isn't much game to enjoy.

At the same time, most new players tend to go on the game before they actually take a look at the forum.
If in-game was a bit more active the newer players might feel more interested & try to join clans / organisations which in turn would make it appear as more active.
Why bother getting involved in a community if said 'game' doesn't even have any of those community members playing it.

Though that is just a theory, if you'd think otherwise feel free to elaborate.

As for reviving the forum, I wish you good luck on that as I don't think too many people will want to stay active unless an update happens Soontm. We already tried with introducing Yoru, and going in game more often but even then the forum is lacking in activity.
