Name: Lightning Dragon Jutsu (btw this is not my own creation)

Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Jutsu Range: Medium

Element: Lightning

Description: When the jutsu is cast, clouds form in the air and lightning flashes. A dragon made of lightning comes down from the clouds. . Side-effect of the jutsu: the caster's chakra drops to near zero, knocking them unconscious and putting them near death. This jutsu is only used for last resorts and when there is help near by.

Effects if hit:The immense heat that is produced from the power of the lightning burns everything it touches. When the dragon strikes the opponent, they are electrocuted and burnt to death.

Chakra Nature: Lightning

I'm a rogue ninja too but this doesn't mean I will go rogue at the moment I start playing the game.
my goal is still to be a rogue ninja but you can become a rogue ninja at genin if your a strong geninin who has not done the exams it does not determine your skill level.

It really all depends on how good you are at the game, some people are just better than others so when you go rouge is all up to your skill

i just had a wild idea. What if before the release of SLO the mods and Vreg went through to about 4-5 Clans and gave them things like Sharingan and Bykugan?
The members that are already members to the clan will get them, but have a cap on the amount of people in each clan so everyone isnt running around with demon eyes. Yes I know that they cant actually use Sharingan and Bykugan because of copyright. Another thing is that smaller clans should have better Eye.
