Neither of those will be available due to copyright reasons.
SLO will develop it's own, unique Kekkei Genkai; different to the ones seen in Naruto.

Everyone always keeps saying due to copyright reasons, this is not true. Although copyright infringement is avoided by what we do, we don't do it because of that. We simply want SLO to be a unique game of its own, albeit inspired by Naruto.
