Description of the character's history: Riley was brought up by his Sensei in the Leaf village since he was born without knowing who his parents were , what clan he was in and also the Leaf village found him on the brink of death by the side of a river they rescued him and took him in to be trained
. Riley's skills were remarkable he was an exceptional young chunin at the age of 7 and when he reached at the age of 10 he passed his Jonin trials . His sensei sent him on a one man stand to follow a spy of Orochimaru's to where their base was , unfortunately Orochimaru had captured Riley and was testing experiments on him making him emotionless , evil , granting him divine powers . Then after 5 years of torture Riley escaped trying to gain more and more power .
