Kenketsu Clan

The Kenketsu clan broke from the Uchiha clan generations ago. Due to being cursed they were cast out, lost in the records of the shinobi. Being cursed with large amounds of iron and blood build up, iy was easy for them to get sick, not all of the Kenketsu clan had this curse. Some called "the cured." Other say the unlucky. If you are able to muster the courage to try and control your blood to make weapons, if you fail at that task while trying to control your blood and body, youll either die or get seriously injured. Only 0.3% of people in the clan have the ability to use the Kekkei Genkai, most of them only have a miniscule amount of iron for a Kenketsu clan member,  if it was arranged into a chart it'd go; 0-10(give or take) with the kekkei genkai, 60% with large amounts of iron, but no kekkei genkai, the rest would be like everyday shinobi. Saying that doesnt mean they cant have a child with more or less iron in their blood, the curse marks vary. Only one child was ever born with more chakra and iron then the rest of the clan, he ended up dying trying to make himself a weapon and keep his mortal form. The Kenketsu useally do not have any babies born with this Kekkei Genkai, and it useally happens every few decades. So the clan useally uses the Sharingan (Spinning Wheel Eye) and other jutsus, because the kekkei genkai is unique to a few people. Currently no-one knows if there is a child/adult who posesses this gift, but most likely not.

2. You won't get an original Kekkei Genkai... There will be original Kekkei Genkai that'll be made by the team, so no special KGs for you only      or for your clan.
3. It's okay to include it in the lore, but seriously, NO ONE in your clan will get a KG like that.
4. use the clan format.
5. Paragraphs, ever heard of them?
6. Nothing original from Naruto will be in the game, so no Konoha or rinnegan, or sharingan, or Byakugan etc.

You're right, they could be used; but they wont be. SLO needs some originality.

BUT THE JUTSU/KEKKEI IS! -.-
No point getting the "Sharingan" in with a different kekkei genkai meaning to the anime one...
So the words themselves MAY not be copyright but the actual eyes are. Why use the words if you are just lying to the community of what it is, might as well have original names for original KGs and jutsu. Trust me kiddo, the creators know what they can and can't use.

Or just give up. Just like that.
You will hardly have success during this period of project with a new clan. All new-comers are creating their own clan now, but nobody is searching for a clan, that is similar to their own ideas, to join. There must be out there a clan that will fulfill your desires.
Tip: If you decide to create your own clan, set there a limit of members -this method is common here- and make it seem as only those 3 people that applied to your clan were, in fact, chosen by you.

If you want a successful clan, make a name for yourself in the community and make friends. They'll then join your clan and create a snowball effect.
