Everything here looks pretty good save the absence of any sort of character backstory/personality description. Do remember that a backstory  makes more sense when written in the perspective of the character's life up until the start of the game; so try not to write out his whole life, as it hasn't happened yet, right?

"Mercenary" is a profession, not a character's nature. Try something along the lines of a "Grey-Zone" or "Does what he has to in order to survive". Also, this should tie in with your character's personality description.

Oh, Mercenary is definitely a character trait. Being held up for my own lost phone and forced to make exact change taught me that.
