If you're talking about the possibility to play as either good and/or bad (relative terms)
Then that has already been talked about, players will be able to become a Kage, and they will also be able to make their own clan & organisations ('guilds').

If that's not what your "idea" was, please elaborate on it further, as it wasn't 100% clear to understand what you wrote down.
And I can understand that English wasn't your first language, but even so you could perhaps use Google Translator if you're unsure how to say some things :p
