History: Shidaru was exiled from his village because he was secretly practicing forbidden justu and was caught by the kage he killed several jonin trying to get out of the village. He swore vengeance on all the villages and wants to be the strongest shinobi. So he started an organization because he needed other people to help him get up there.

Purpose/Goals: To be the most feared organization in history.

Unique features: When entering the organization you recieve a cloak with a hood and the design on the cloak is black with purple flames

Ranking: Shidaru Waibu is leader Then trusted and strongest shinobi lastly new members

Members: Shidaru Waibu

Rules: just one rule dont kill other members. If they arent in the clan you do what you please with them.

This clan is for the people looking for a more Akatsuki like play style. We recieve kill contracts and we complete them.

I think its a organization because it has that layout but he might have just made a typo
