Description of the character's personality: Raimaru is very kind, loves hard training and of course Lightning jutsus.
 He loves being with his comrades. Uses some kind of Lightning-Sage mode (Hope you don't hate me guys, I love having Facial signs,glowing eyes)

Story :

Raimaru was born in a non-shinobi clan, living in the Kaminarigakure Village. Since he was a child, he had always loved ninjutsus, and soon found out he was good at performing them, when, one day, while playing with his father in the courtyard, as he was just 4 yrs old, casually mocked some hand seals, and performed a Lightning Release jutsu, that he called : Raiton : Genesis. The jutsu merely looked like a Chidori, and even tho it wasn't powerful, he called it Genesis reffering to the fact that it all begun that day. After talking to his parents, he managed to finally join the Academy of Kaminarigakure, and only at 12 yrs old, he's ranked up to a Jonin. He's pretty fast, uses only Lightning Release jutsus.
