Im guessing probably so... i mean Vreg is trying to make this as realistic as possible, but you will be at risk of loosing your character.

You will be extremely free in your decisions, as this is a simulation. You can plan the assassination of your own Kage, or that of others. It's all up to you. However, something like that is bound to classify you as a missing-nin. I don't think you will be able to claim the unoccupied position just because you killed the Kage.

There is going to be a voting system involved I think, so even if you took over the village and killed the kage that wouldn't instantly title you as kage.
